Please review our park rules before your stay
These rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. You have accepted and acknowledged these rules when you signed your registration form.

Vehicles & Parking
- Two vehicle limits at each site (1 vehicle and 1 boat, or two vehicles)
- Parking in empty sites is not permitted
- Do not allow your vehicle to extend into the flow of traffic (fire marshal rule)
- Speed limit is 10 mph — be aware of pedestrians and animals
Maintenance & Appearance
- No repairing or overhauling of vehicles unless by a licensed on-site RV Repair company. NO OIL CHANGES!
- Do not allow motor oil/fluid to leak on the RV site
- The RV Park must approve any alternate steps not factory installed
- Keep your RV in good working condition and clean. We reserve the right to refuse service based on appearance
Site Rules
- Small grills are allowed. NO OPEN CAMPFIRES
- No permanent fixtures such as canopies, sheds, etc.
- Please do not use rugs on the lawn
- Please do not hang clothes or clotheslines outside your RV
- A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in the office, restrooms, or laundry facility
- Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, including your site
Pets
- Friendly animals are always welcomed. NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREEDS: NO PIT BULLS, GERMAN SHEPHERDS, OR CHOWS
- Keep your pet leashed at all times while outside your RV
- Do not allow pets to be loose or tied up outside unattended
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet immediately, even inside your site
Children & Guests
- Children are to be supervised and parents/guardians must assume responsibility
- Double Time RV Park is not responsible for any theft or injury during your stay
Financial Policies
- NO REFUNDS OR PRO-RATING IF YOU DECIDE TO SHORTEN YOUR STAY
- No tenant/landlord relationship with daily/weekly/monthly guests
- We reserve the right to make changes to rules, regulations, and fees
Grounds Maintenance
- Lawn maintenance is done weekly weather permitting
- Keep yards free of clutter/debris for mowing
- Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and out of the way
- We will not be held responsible for items damaged due to failure to follow this request
Septic System
- Our RV park operates on a well/septic system
- Please do not put sanitary napkins or too much toilet paper in the toilets
General
- Please respect your fellow guests and do not walk through occupied sites
- Sites are to be kept clean, neat and orderly as determined by management
- Please leave the restroom & laundry facility as you would like them found
- Double Time RV Park is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to theft, fire, flood, acts of God, personal negligence, or other unforeseen acts
Refund & Deposit Policy
- If you receive a weekly or extended stay rate, no refunds will be given if you leave early.
- Your deposit on an extended site is a security deposit and will also be used as an electric deposit after you move in to your site.
- Reservation is viewed as a "two-way" agreement. We hold the space, which you have reserved, turning away all future requests in return for your payment.
- Customers will have 24 hours after making a reservation to cancel their reservation for a cancellation charge of $50.
- No refunds beyond the 24 hour cancellation period.
- No refunds for reservation fees less than $50.
- Security deposits are put down to hold a site and if you choose not to take that site after putting a deposit, then the deposit is not refundable.
- Security/Electric deposit will be refunded in full once the site is vacated and left clean and the account is paid in full.
