Monthly and weekly stays will be responsible for electricity consumed. The electric deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay after all billed electricity has been paid.
Monthly customers-Meters will be read on the 20th of each month and then each tenant will be billed and all rent will be due on the 1st of each month.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
